We are now offering packages with your choice of either 1 or 2 photographers and complete packages or separately priced services to meet the needs of large and small weddings of all budgets. All of our  packages now include high resolution digital files so you can print, email, or assemble your own albums in any way you wish. You can add proofbooks and custom designed flushmount style albums to any package or you can purchase a complete package that includes everything for a savings over separate prices.  Formal Photos  Many couples request a more photojournalistic style of wedding photography because it intrudes less on their day but they still want to have some traditional formal photos taken of Family groups and the Wedding Party. For this reason, we often recommend that you have  your formal photos taken before the ceremony.  Yes, this means that the Bride and Groom will see each other before the ceremony but your wedding day will go more smoothly, we will have time for more of a variety of photos, and you will have more time to socialize with your guests at the reception. Every bride who has done her formal photos before the ceremony has told us how well it went.

Gold  $4300.00

This package has it all! Coverage starts with the bride getting ready, and includes the ceremony, formals, and the reception. We generally take between 800 and 1200 photos and present you with 280 proofs of your choice assembled into a proofbook which is yours to keep. We also post a limited selection of these proof images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy. We will then custom design your Flush Mount style album from Zookbinders with 20 pages (40 sides) using photographs of your choice in a variety of sizes and styles. (We'll do the preliminary design which you can review and make changes to.) Also included is our Wedding Slide Show CD and  80 Bridal Wallets to hand out at the reception! You also get a Signature print which is an 8x10 photo set into a 16x20 print for your guests to sign at the reception. You receive two Parents Albums which are an exact copy of your Bridal Album in a smaller size. You will also receive 100 custom printed Thank You cards for you to send to your guests following your wedding. Plus, you receive a copy of  the edited but unretouched high resolution files in the industry standard JPG format saved onto CD's or a DVD. Additional pages can be added to your Zookbinders album for only $75.00 per 2 sided page.  Kim and Rusty will both take photographs at your wedding for the best coverage available.

Silver $3000.00 

We generally take between 800 and 1200 photos of the bride getting ready, the ceremony, formals and the reception and present you with 248 proofs of your choice in a proof box  which is yours to keep.  We also post a limited selection of these proof images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy. We will then custom design your Flush Mount style album from Zookbinders with 16 pages (32 sides) using photographs of your choice in a variety of sizes and styles. (We'll do the preliminary design which you can review and make changes to).  Plus, you receive a copy of all the edited  but unretouched high resolution files in the industry standard JPG format saved onto CD's or a DVD .  Additional pages can be added to your Zookbinders album for only $75.00 per 2 sided page. Kim and Rusty will both take photographs at your wedding for the best coverage available.

Bronze  $2400.00

We generally take between 800-1200 photographs of the bride getting ready, the ceremony, formals and the reception. We also post a limited selection of these proof images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy. We will custom design your Zookbinders Flush Mount style album with 13 pages (26 sides) using photographs of your choice in a variety of sizes and styles. (We'll do the preliminary design which you can review and make changes to.) Plus you receive a copy of all the edited but unretouched high resolution files saved to CD or DVD in the industry standard JPG format. We will also post these images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy.  Additional pages can be added to your album for $75.00 per 2 sided page. Kim and Rusty will both take photographs at your wedding for the best coverage available.

6 Hours coverage $1400.00

6 hours will usually provide complete coverage for a wedding and reception. You will have 1 photographer, either Kim or Rusty, to photograph your wedding for a maximum of 6 hours. We typically take between 50-100 photos per hour depending on how your day goes. We will mail to you a CD or DVD of the edited but unretouched high resolution files in the industry standard JPG format that you can use for prints, emailing, or album assembly in any manner you choose. We will also post a limited selection of images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy. Albums are not included but can be ordered separately as shown below.

We have added the following package for those who are planning a smaller wedding. This packages can only be booked 3 months or less prior to your wedding so we can reserve popular times for full service packages.

2 Hours coverage - 1 location only $750.00

2 hours at 1 location will usually provide complete coverage for a wedding ceremony and formal photos either before or after the ceremony. If your wedding and reception are at the same location then it can sometimes include partial coverage of your reception. You will have 1 photographer, either Kim or Rusty, to photograph your wedding for a maximum of 2 hours at 1 location. We typically take between 50-100 photos per hour depending on how your day goes. We will mail to you a CD or DVD of the edited but unretouched high resolution files in the industry standard JPG format that you can use for prints, emailing, or album assembly in any manner you choose. We will also post images online for yourself and others to view and enjoy. Albums are not included but can be ordered separately as shown below.

Albums

We use Flush Mount style albums from Zookbinders. These are the finest albums available and are absolutely stunning in their quality and appearance. Kim spends many hours of time to custom design each album to reflect your day and each album is truly a unique work of art. Kim does a preliminary design then you review and make changes before a final design is made and presented for your approval. We then send the design out for printing by our professional lab and assembly by Zookbinders.

An exact replica of the bride and grooms album, only smaller.
A great size to carry around, or share with friends and family. 2 Parents albums are included with our Gold package and can be individually ordered to go with any other package. Additional pages (2 sided) are $25.00 each when added to a Zookbinders parents album to make it match an expanded Bridal Album. An Asukabook album can only be 40 pages.

Proofbooks            $675.00 added to any package
                                     $ 75.00 instead of boxed proofs with Silver.

A proofbook is included in our Gold package and can be added to any other package. A proofbook typically includes 248-280 photos. They are printed  in 4x6 size then inserted into a proof album. A proofbook is a good way to have a large number of photos printed for you to look at and share. You will choose the photos to be included in your proofbook then we will have them printed by our professional lab, and assemble them into your proof album. 

Signature print     $105.00
A signature print is an 8x10 photo printed onto a 16x20 page leaving a wide border for your guests to sign at your reception.

Thank You cards     $2.00 each with a 25 card minimum.
These Thank You Cards are printed by us onto fine linen card stock using a photo and words (or left blank) of your choice. They are truly beautiful and can be framed by your guests for a momento of your wedding. 

Life Story Slide Show $375.00

We will use up to 100 digital files or scan up to 100 printed photos supplied by you and create a multimedia slide show to be shown at your reception. We will supply and operate the required computer and projector equipment to project the show. We will also supply the show on CD for you to keep.

Cameo Album  added to any package $350.00 

Black and White is back with our popular Cameo Album which is a Flush Mount Album which includes 40 classic black and white or sepia toned photographs of your choice. 

Bridal Wallets    $175.00

Forget the matchbooks and other guest favors, give them something they will really cherish - a photograph of the Bride and Groom! Leave a lasting impression with your guests when you hand them a photo of the Bride and Groom at the reception. We have the capability at Fenn Fotographics to take pictures on your wedding day and provide you with bridal wallets at your reception!! What better way to say thank you to all your guests for coming to your wedding. 80 Bridal Wallets to hand out at the reception with optional Bride and Grooms name and wedding date printed on the front. Includes photography, printing, and die cutting at your reception. Bridal wallets are included with our Gold package and can be added to any other full package.

Wedding Slide Show CD     Production of first CD $125.00 each additional copy $15.00

Imagine setting your wedding photographs to music in a  professionally arranged slide show. Choose between 30-50 photos of your wedding, and the style of music, and let the professionals at Fenn Fotographics create your personalized wedding show. This is included with our Gold package and can be added to any other full package.

Black and White  photography is becoming more popular with today's couples and may be included in your album or ordered separately if you wish. Our digital photography allows us to make any photo into a black and white or sepia print. Individual prints are priced the same as color.

Prebridal $75.00

A prebridal is a formal portrait session in the studio taken 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. We will take a combination of full length, three-quarter, and head-and-shoulder poses. Using the latest in professional lighting techniques, we capture the beauty of the bride, her gown, and flowers. Price includes sitting fee and one 8x10 portrait.

Engagement Portrait $75.00

We can provide a portrait to accompany the published announcement of your engagement. We can photograph just the bride or the engaged couple. Price includes sitting fee and two black and white prints for the newspaper announcements.

Payment Policy

$500.00 Nonrefundable retainer to reserve your wedding date.
Remainder of balance due two weeks before your wedding.
There is an additional postage charge for all orders mailed to your home.
We do not charge for mileage for weddings that are approximately within 1 hour of our studio. 
If your wedding is out of this range there may be an additional charge.
